Latest addiction!

Wah! It’s been long since I have an entry, kan? This is the last month to qualify for Guangzhou and it really keeps me posted and full, leaving my working hour ends at 10pm, most of nights. Not only that I want to qualify myself but I will also like to qualify my business partners.  But, yes, I believe in hard work and commitment and responsibility. Not just to ourselves and families, but also to everyone who believes in us.

On that note, I seriously have no time to do any shopping since then. You know, like real shopping, to Midvalley, walk to every stores and pick up clothes, tried them on, and choose one from them. I only go to shopping mall to have meals and quickly leave to chase to next appointments and errands. I literally living with one sandals (read: the plastic CROCS  ;D), which I used to go everywhere, hehehe!

Plus, what distinguish a man to a woman? Hahaha! Yup, our shopping habits. Thus, it is so not us if one month puasa from shopping la,kan? So, how do I keep up with the distraction?

ONLINE SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hahaha! You must have guessed, kan? Yes, I am big time online shopper. I basically allocate a few hundreds every month to do my online shopping. This is very important so that I don’t overspent (Remember, saving for house, saving for kids education funds, hehehe!).

Alright, let’s move on to which website I always visit?

First one:

This is the website that I opted for if I want blouses and dresses. I love their blouses because they are loose and labuh. I mean, regardless how fashionable we want to look like, our attire must according to the Al-Quran lah, kan? (Refer to Surah An-Nisa).  At time, I think I have nearly 10 blouses and dresses from the Poplook. They are colourful. The most important thing, their customer service people is just fantastic, especially when they are in my google chat list :D

www.fashionvalet.net

If you are looking for more extravaganzas over the top kind of attire, you should go to fashionvalet.net. They have so many designer attires, selling online and their customer service is at their state of the art. So easy peesy.  I have yet to buy anything from them, because I am saving it for more important occasion (maybe for my own Diamond night! ;D).

Facebook: tudungpeople

Owh, for my tudung, I get them from Tudungpeople. A group of very young woman, venturing into online business and I think they are hit! Just check out their facebook account and you will know what I mean. Some excited customers keep posting asking for their fast reply and to re-stock. Owh, they also have TP Singapore and Brunei, which must be very exciting, kan? I mean, they have actually expanded their business in less than 1 year after launching. That is HIT! I have some of their Adiva and Numa collection and now looking forward to their LAYLA collection re-stock. And the best part is they basically have their own video on how they actually style their tudung and it is some awesomeness because no matter how they style their tudung, it must cover the chest area, which is important for me as a Muslim woman. Tudung is not only covering your heads, but it must also labuh hingga ke dada! ;D

Next, for baju kurung.  Essentially, I must have my baju kurung tailored made. So, I will do online shopping for kain cotton. There are so many websites to choose from, ranging from RM 120 to RM 75 per 4 metres. I used to opt for azzaracotton.com. They have a shop in Putera Heights. So, you can actually visit them. Other than that, there are lovelycotton.blogspot and Facebook: cottonlover. They have so many mixes match kain cotton that you can choose from, like so trendy now and they even have ready made baju kurung.

Facebook: Cottonlover
Handbags! Yes, I do buy my handbags online. 1st, they are cheaper. 2nd, I am not a trendy or a person who will update on latest designer bag and all. So, when I go to www.princessvistoriastylo.blogspot.com, and I found a bag that I adore, I buy it (of course it depends on the budget, hehehe!) Of course, again, there are so many other websites to buy designer handbags, but I feel so comfortable with Kak Vee, so, I don’t go and look for other websites. She even sells branded watches and stuff.

At the moment, I don’t buy pants and shoes from website. These are two things that I must physically tried them on, then only I will buy because I am quite picky at shoes and I don’t like to wear tight pants (or jeans). But if you guys have any website that you frequently visited for these two items, feel free to share.
There you go my favourite online shopping website and facebook account.  I actually bought everything online for my Diamond Night Dinner, last Saturday =)

The whole loads of us

Our own Hanis Haizi was one the invited speaker of the night!

Talking about the Diamond Night Dinner, it was held last Saturday in MIECC; to recognize individuals’ hard work and determination. I am so proud that my own DSM Dr Tahirah was also one of them.  She basically qualified to every trip offered by the company which resembles her hard work in the business. And I am following each of her footsteps. Alhamdulillah, I am so near to what she had achieved.

I learn so many people kept asking me why I work so hard. Again, this is purely for my children’s and families’ future (aside to I want to be debt free: credit card, car loan, PTPTN loan, etc). Beside I believe in Allah’s promise where He will only change the life of people who want to change. So, here I am, pursuing my life in so many different lanes and grass, hoping for betterment, insyaAllah.

Be in the right group

Last weekend, I attended the Exclusive Business Meeting (EBM) at the Women's Management Institute in TTDI. This is a free class provided by our CDM Hanis Haizi's team which included all business partners of CDM Maisarah Ibrahim, CDM Razali Zain and CDM Salha Zain.

Don't let me describe the audience. There were many people and everyone was excited with the speeches and information provided by all speakers. So, who says this business is to be handled alone? Every step you take is guided (or else, I will not reach two levels in the business in one month, kan? )

Yes, we are being guided all the way through the journey. Mind you, this is not the usual class @ B32 stokis in Batu Caves. This is an exclusive meeting of Hanis Haizi's group. How I am glad to be in most righteous group!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Today, Faiez, Kak Yani and I had our own EBM. Yup, at my house, breakfast provided by Ibu, hehehe! Cool tak my mum? ;p We run through our targets, revised our name list and how to expand our networking. I basically provided all the info that I got from the previous EBM. Yup, this business is all about working together. Mcm Liverpool punye cogankata, You'll never walk alone, hahaha! =)

Yes, be in the right group is very important. Many people have encounter to wrong group which ended with frustration. But, hold our hands, we'll get you through, TOGETHER! =)

Owh, yes, I have new business partners during the EBM! ;p

What a week..

Last week of January was the worst week as the first month in 2012.

Monday and Tuesay were CNY hols. But, laundry open as usual and I was rushing here and there hantar Premium Beautiful set to customer.

Wednesday, Hazeman's car broke down again, for the second time on January 2012. So, we were so worried since he has to deliver some laundries on Thursday. Since I thought he wouldn't be able to do it, so I sent the whole 360++kg laundries on the evening, by Kelisa, two trips, in the rain. Basah kuyup dibuatnya. Left laundry at 9.30pm, drove to HKL, fetched Hazeman and to home. Sampai rumah, Kakak and Iddin had heavy flu, Hazeman had to attend to them, and we both haven't had any dinner. Later we went out to McD for late dinner/supper and slept at 1.30 am.

Thursday, we forgot that we were suppose to balik Kelantan since we haven't go back for nearly 1 month and we haven't buy the bus tix. As soon as I reach home (Hazeman was still at the laundry since he had morning shift), I went out again to go buy bus tix, Kakak and Iddin wanted to come along. So, they basically slowing down my movement. We had 10.30pm tix and we haven't buy tix from KB-KL on Saturday since Hazeman has to work double shift on Sunday.

We reached Kelantan on Friday morning, 5.30 am; sis and brother in law treating the family with a weekend gateway in Tok Aman Bali, a new 4 stars resort in Tok Bali. It was beautiful, very peaceful and we had total fun; despite the fact they claimed ada Wifi, tp nan hado..

Went back to Kota Bharu on Satuday, rush to the airport, bought a 7.15 pm Air Asia tix to KL. While waiting for the flight, one of our customer texted us, they wanted us to pick up some laundries that evening jg and sent it back on Sunday morning, since they had to use it Sunday morning tu jugak. Hey, we are still in KB at that time!

Landed in LCCT at 8.05 pm, got onto bus at 8.50pm, got onto the train at 9.15pm, sampai Bndr Tasik Selatan, we realized we left on of our bag at Salak Tinggi's platform!

Got off from the train at Bandar Tasik Selatan station, went to tix counter, minta tlg the officer to call Salak Tinggi's station to check whether the bag is still there and thank Allah, it is still there.

We continued our journey to KL Central, Nabil; my sis picked us up and we reached home at 10.30pm. We took Hazeman's car to Shah Alam; picked up the laundry (which was about 15 helai je pun); hantar to Lavender Laundry, had quick drive thru dinner at A&W; balik and tidur at 1.30am.

The next day, I woke up at 6.15am, because I need to drive back to Shah Alam, to deliver back the whole 15 pieces table cloth. From Shah Alam, I drove to Salak Tinggi station to pick up the bag that we left at the platform.

Malam tu, we drove back to Shah Alam, to pick the whole load of laundry in Shah Alam, from the same customer. 360++kg all together.

I wanted to have this entry on so that one day I will remember what both Hazeman and I went through in order to have better life while maintaining good relationship with the families.

So much for a DIRECTOR.. =)

My 2011's reviews

2011

1) Hazeman tranfered back to KL.Yay!

2) I got a lot of false alarm on being pregnant (not something that I have ever told anyone, hehehe! But I guess, I might as well include this into my reviews so that one fine day my future children knew that I have always wanted them to be in my life)

3) Both Hazeman and I started our laundry biz

4) We both figures we have an amount of credit card debt which can be used as a 10% deposit of a Volkswagen Beetle

=

5) I have less out-station work compared to the years before

6) Oh, yes! 2011 was the year that I have Air Asia as my premium mode of transportation!

7) Hazeman had his first chicken pox! ;p

8) Last but not least, I found these people; who inspired me so much to believe in my dreams and it takes courage to beat my fears and move forward!

Owh, please forgive my face, I am tired most of the time! ;p
Thank you so much Kak Mai and Kak Tahirah. I won't be where I am and what I am these two months period. You guys have never left me, regardless how fast or slow my progress in this biz. Thank you for the guidance and time that you have been spending for and with me. I am looking forward for more success in the future (and of course VIETNAM too! ;p)
Kak Yani, thank you for the trust and hard work. Let's go Vietnam =)

Premium Beautiful: SM/SSM Seminar

Teruja! When my leader CDM Maisarah and CDM Hanis announced that the 2nd SM/SSM seminar was to be conducted on December. I have always had great teaching and guidance from both DSM Dr Tahirah and CDM Maisarah, but this seminar is more exciting sebab semua CDM and CDM to be soon will share their experience and give detailed explanations on related topics and discussion.
Was suppose to be there with, Faiez, but she got gastric and Kak Yani wasn’t able to make it since her brother in law nak bernikah hari tu, so, I was alone there, but nothing could stop me from achieving my dream. I left house at 6.30 am because I need to stop by Nor’s house, my tailor since my baju that I was suppose to wear to this seminar is still with her.
So, kelam-kabut drive from her house, masuk DUKE, to Eastin Hotel. Sampai 7.45 am. Terus daftar, dapat `name tag’ (since I was alone, name tag ni sgt membantu utk approach other other biz partners). I buka my note book, start salin note for both Faeiz and Kak Yani. Fokus habis ni ;p

First session by CDM Razali. Sumpah, he’s a funny man. How does CDM Hanis stands him everyday? ;p But, anyhow, from his session, it gives us proper direction of where are we heading on 2012. If we were targeting to be a DSM, when is the final month to achieve this target. (p/s- I am so a DSM on MARCH!)

Second session, by CDM Salha. Mind you, semua speaker hari tu are educated people tau! CDM Razali was an engineer, CMD Salha was a degree holder of Business Administration. CDM Salha talk was on name list and networking. Since our biz is using network (i.e. FB and blog), she was all out ckp tentang mcmana nak buat name list, and utk upgrade FB profile and blog. And, she gave me; personally a better understanding on kepentingan name list and I must upgrade my FB and blog, supaya nampak professional and presentable. (Terus text a fren yg hubby dia buat photography, nak ambil personal picture yang nampak lebih proper)
Third one was by my dearest CDM Maisarah. A topic on BERKONGSI. A great topic and presented by a great presenter. She eventually gave me idea, when, how to follow up after each sponsoring session. The best part was, kalau prospect tak mahu, tak payahla sampai putus kawan, berkawan mcm biasa, kita cuma berkongsi peluang kan? =) Kak Mai also has degree in Civil engineering!
Next, was from DDM Sha Khalid. Walau pun belum CDM, tapi the way she presented, sangat berkeyakinan. Bila dgr DDM Sha bercakap, lagi la I felt that I have chosen the right group to do the biz. Kalau a DDM blh presented as such, I have no doubt, CDM Hanis has molded her to be a great leader.
Lunch was nice..tp sejak pakai PB, makan tak blh banyak sgt, cpt kenyang ;p
Then the moment we all have been waiting, the presentation by CDM Hanis. A great topic on DREAM. Yes, if you dare to dream, you will work to achieve it. Before she started her speech, she asked us to list what are our dreams, so, I listed:
      (a) Hutang kredit kad 2011 = RM 0 on 31st December 2011

      (b) DSM by March
      (c) Deposit rumah by August
      (d) Belikan hubby a car, kesian dia, keja susah, pakai kancil je

      (e) Income 2012 RM 20k
Gila tak my dream? But,hey, what the heck, dream big, and walk the talk! I rasa sgt inspired with CDM Hanis yang ditinggalkan upline, bangun semula, work hard and now earning more than RM 200k monthly! She started this biz to be a networking biz, and now there are nearly 300 SM/SSM under her, if that is not an achievement to be proud of, I pun tak tau nak cakap apa. She is really inspiring! And yes, she has a degree in engineering too!
On and on, this one day seminar was a success! I semakin confident nak pursue this biz and pursue my dreams. Nothing is impossible, and it is unstoppable.
This biz is easy because we have leaders who guide us; we have personal touch session every other weeks and siap ada kelas lagi. Biz mana dlm dunia ni yg ada benda-benda mcm ni? So, takde alasan utk tak join and tak berjaya dlm biz ni. If it is, salah diri sendiri, yang taknak conquer rasa takut dan tak confident dgn diri sndr…

FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!

Bertingkat dan berkongsi..

Pernah makan kek bertingkat pengantin tak? Haa..I am sure many of you memang menunggu acara potong kek, lagi-lagi kalau kek tu bertingkat-tingkat. Lagi tinggi, lagi kita exicited, kan? Lagi lagi if kek tu flavored yang kita paling suka, kan? Lagi la, kita tunggu sampai dapat! Kenapalah agaknya kita exicited dengan kek bertingkat? Sebab kalau kek tu, bukan kek dummy, everyone can get a portion and a big portion, I assumed. Because volume kek yang besar tu membolehkan semua orang dpt sama-sama rasa the yumminess of the cake! =)

On the other hand, when we mentioned biz bertingkat-tingkat, impulse dalam otak terus mencetuskan perkataan MLM. Yes, perkataan MLM.

Siap ada yang untung infinity lagi (I mean, be real la!). Maksudnya, dia dah tak payah kerja, orang bawah cari orang, dia goyang kaki! All people's says.

TAPI, saya tak pernah dengar dari mulut `orang MLM’ sendiri, apa yang diaorg dapat `rasa’ dan `lalu’ with choosing MLM as a mean of their income.

First question? Second question? Iye ke barang boleh jual dengan cepat? Third question? Takpe ke kerja asyik nak cari orang baru je, nak jumpa diaorg, ajak jual barang? Orang takkan benci kita ke? (Sebab saya sendiri dulu benci jumpa org MLM ni, asyik cerita psl biz, nak jual barang and duit je)

Now? First question saya terjawab, tak, saya TAK DAPAT pun dapat RM 4500 sbg bonus saya, tipu! Sbb saya dapat RM 7000 sebagai first bonus saya.

Second question? Tipu, barang tu bukan senang nak jual, tapi SGT senang nak jual, kalau kita BUKA mulut untuk menjual. (Kalau kita beli handbag Loius Vuitton tapi tak pakai, orang takkan tau kita ada hangbad LV)

                                     Multicolor Lady Dior, santek!!

Third question?

That's not all, saya juga di train, bukan dilepaskan begitu sahaja. I have personal touch session with both Kak Mai and Kak Tahirah, setiap minggu ada saja text di inbox hp saya, bertanyakan masalah dan mengingatkan target yang perlu saya capai.

There is no easy money, people! You work, you get it! So, jgn simply cakap MLM is easy money. Kita perlukan ilmu utk ber biz (we have class on Wednesday and Saturday, and it is free!), kita perlukan tunjuk ajar dari mereka yang dah berpengalaman spy tak tergelincir (I have Kak Mai and Kak Tahirah), kita perlukan sokongan dan disekelilingi oleh mereka yang mempunyai target yang sama spt kita (di stokis B23) dan paling penting, kita perlukan kekutan diri untuk terus bergerak (ini hanya Allah yang boleh beri, so, jgn berhenti `MEMINTA' dari yang benar). Jadikan peluang ni utk kita dapat side income, utk dpt financial freedom, or at least jadikan peluang ni utk kita menduga keberanian diri sendiri.
