Wah! It’s been long since I have an entry, kan? This is the last month to qualify for Guangzhou and it really keeps me posted and full, leaving my working hour ends at 10pm, most of nights. Not only that I want to qualify myself but I will also like to qualify my business partners.  But, yes, I believe in hard work and commitment and responsibility. Not just to ourselves and families, but also to everyone who believes in us.

On that note, I seriously have no time to do any shopping since then. You know, like real shopping, to Midvalley, walk to every stores and pick up clothes, tried them on, and choose one from them. I only go to shopping mall to have meals and quickly leave to chase to next appointments and errands. I literally living with one sandals (read: the plastic CROCS  ;D), which I used to go everywhere, hehehe!

Plus, what distinguish a man to a woman? Hahaha! Yup, our shopping habits. Thus, it is so not us if one month puasa from shopping la,kan? So, how do I keep up with the distraction?

Hahaha! You must have guessed, kan? Yes, I am big time online shopper. I basically allocate a few hundreds every month to do my online shopping. This is very important so that I don’t overspent (Remember, saving for house, saving for kids education funds, hehehe!).

I mean, regardless how fashionable we want to look like, our attire must according to the Al-Quran lah, kan? (Refer to Surah An-Nisa).  At time, I think I have nearly 10 blouses and dresses from the Poplook. They are colourful. The most important thing, their customer service people is just fantastic, especially when they are in my google chat list :D

They have so many designer attires, selling online and their customer service is at their state of the art. So easy peesy.  I have yet to buy anything from them, because I am saving it for more important occasion (maybe for my own Diamond night! ;D).

Owh, for my tudung, I get them from Tudungpeople. A group of very young woman, venturing into online business and I think they are hit! Just check out their facebook account and you will know what I mean. Some excited customers keep posting asking for their fast reply and to re-stock. Owh, they also have TP Singapore and Brunei, which must be very exciting, kan? I mean, they have actually expanded their business in less than 1 year after launching. That is HIT! I have some of their Adiva and Numa collection and now looking forward to their LAYLA collection re-stock. And the best part is they basically have their own video on how they actually style their tudung and it is some awesomeness because no matter how they style their tudung, it must cover the chest area, which is important for me as a Muslim woman. Tudung is not only covering your heads, but it must also labuh hingga ke dada! ;D

Next, for baju kurung.  Essentially, I must have my baju kurung tailored made. So, I will do online shopping for kain cotton. There are so many websites to choose from, ranging from RM 120 to RM 75 per 4 metres. I used to opt for azzaracotton.com. They have a shop in Putera Heights. So, you can actually visit them. Other than that, there are lovelycotton.blogspot and Facebook: cottonlover. They have so many mixes match kain cotton that you can choose from, like so trendy now and they even have ready made baju kurung.

Handbags! Yes, I do buy my handbags online. 1^st, they are cheaper. 2^nd, I am not a trendy or a person who will update on latest designer bag and all. So, when I go to www.princessvistoriastylo.blogspot.com, and I found a bag that I adore, I buy it (of course it depends on the budget, hehehe!) Of course, again, there are so many other websites to buy designer handbags, but I feel so comfortable with Kak Vee, so, I don’t go and look for other websites. She even sells branded watches and stuff.

At the moment, I don’t buy pants and shoes from website. These are two things that I must physically tried them on, then only I will buy because I am quite picky at shoes and I don’t like to wear tight pants (or jeans). But if you guys have any website that you frequently visited for these two items, feel free to share.

Talking about the Diamond Night Dinner, it was held last Saturday in MIECC; to recognize individuals’ hard work and determination. I am so proud that my own DSM Dr Tahirah was also one of them.  She basically qualified to every trip offered by the company which resembles her hard work in the business. And I am following each of her footsteps. Alhamdulillah, I am so near to what she had achieved.

I learn so many people kept asking me why I work so hard. Again, this is purely for my children’s and families’ future (aside to I want to be debt free: credit card, car loan, PTPTN loan, etc). Beside I believe in Allah’s promise where He will only change the life of people who want to change. So, here I am, pursuing my life in so many different lanes and grass, hoping for betterment, insyaAllah.

Ukay Perdana + Membuka minda!

Hubby and I were just going around Ukay Perdana this morning, checking out what's happening `up there' since I have one of my office mate and her fiance bought a 2.5 storey terrace house that looks adorable thru the internet. Since kitaorg pun dah lama tak pusing-pusing tgk property (sbb hubby is working `time kerja kilang' ;p),  so what the heck, marilah kita menaiki Mini Cooper Kelisa Perodua ke atas Ukay Perdana yang sgt berbukit-bukit itu ;p

So, we basically drove along Ukay Perdana, turned to Ukay Perdana 3, headed to UP 3/1, then we saw some housing area yang dah develop (yg depan mostly dah occupied, quite attractive), drove along the road, and you saw rumah yang i think dah about 2-3 years dah siap, tp unoccupied. Hem, we were both were wondering, why were all unoccupied? There were about 2-3 designs (Sommerville, Blossomville,Sri Hijauan and etc) with mostly are 2.5 terrace, with parking garage (certain design), good view, not anywhere near the slopes, what not (the build ups were quite small, but since it is a 2.5 storey, so, consider ok la,kan?). I think this is a take-over project from Talam to IJM because apart from Ukay Perdana 3, there is the Sering (or Serenia) UK; developed by IJM, pretty near by. If you were to look in iProperty, many units are up for sold/rent. It just happen, the area are secluded, so if you are a private person, appreciate good, green views, this is the area to look for. Subsale price is at RM 550K and above,the semi-D mostly touch 1mill.

If you were to google abut this prop, you will see all postings, entries and forums were back on 2007, selling @ RM 300-400K, now after nearly 4 years, agents had it sells @ RM 500-650K, you never loose with property, kan?  Very much near to the MRR2 highway, so it is very, very accessible, it just that you have only one entry which is the intersection from MRR2. I am not sure if there are any other exits,  (tp kalau u all tau rumah Dato' CT, u blh keluar ikut Bkt Antarabgsa @ kwsn tanah runtuh dulu tu, jumpa MRR2 jg la). Too bad, tak blh nak masuk, tgk mcmana finishing rumah tu (kena tggu this office mate of mine to do her house warming la nmpknya ;p)

Can't wait to see the progress of the area in 2-3 years time. However, during the driving, there were already 2-3 units occupied, the rest still as they are. I bet, many more will be moving in. Because,  on and all, Ukay Perdana is very, very near to MRR2, yup, morning traffic was a bit worse, but once you reach MRR 2, to enter any other highways is very easy (blh masuk Duke to Jln Duta, Plus Highway, blh pergi Penchala Link to Ikea,  Akleh pun blh smp KLCC) . So, for those who are looking for very developed, land property area, with all kemudahan sekolah, klinik, hospital  available, this is the area to look for. I think, you still can get Sommerville  @ RM 550K, buatlah combined loan dgn partners. Even ada area UK 4 ke 5, rumah second hand la, selling @ RM 480 K.

Anyway, last night, I met  Kak Tahirah (ala, this physician yg menyedarkan I yang I must have own property, specifically Sime Darby property ;p), I terserempak dgn Kak Ana. She was this size; before (pinjam gambar ye, Kak Mai):

She was 98 kg before, now nearly 50 kg. Amazing,kan? I find her very inspiring!

Premium Beautiful corset- my own words..

Ok, I must do an entry on this. I thought it will benefit every woman the way it does to me.

Yes, the thing that I am `using’ currently is Premium Beautiful (PB) corset, a product that has been in Malaysia for the past 18 years. I have been using a few brands since my body `menggemuk’ dengan haru-birunya; and my attempt to lose weight have not been successful (and it is my fault for being physically inactive; BUT, this is due to my tight daily schedule. Yet, I am still doing daily house chores to keep my body at least moving + keeping low calorie food).
Basically, PB is a corset, the best corset I would say. Not only that it has Super Brand recognition, it also has been recognized by the American Chiropractic Association for it has been approved in facilitating proper body structure and as support aid for person with slip disc. The material is made from AKWATEK and AQUDYNE, which feels right to your body that it makes you feel as if you have a strong support for your back bone (flexible 360 accoring to your body). Again, I would have to compare PB to other previous corset that I have used, you would not experience wardrobe malfunction because with other materials, your long skirt/kain will have the tendency to `tersangkut’ to the girdle. This is especially if you are wearing cotton baju kurung /long skirt (I am a loyal fan of cotton; and I am currently selling online cotton for baju kurung- promo sikit ;p). Sumpah, you will hate it!

Other than that, PB has also embedded with Far Infrared Rays (FIR). With FIR, the corset is not only facilitating in body weight loss plan, it also boost your body metabolism which enhances the usage of calorie in your body. Thus, if you are physically active person (or not), it gives you the best way for your body to use the calorie that you have eaten throughout the day. And trust me, personally, lately, I rasa I panas sorang-sorang in the office, and I don’t know why. It is definitely not because the PB is thick ke apa (again, PB tak tebal pun), but I guess the effect of FIR is really kicks in. Plus, I feel lots more energetic too, compared to before. Ini yang paling penting, since I am not only working 8-5, but I also need energy for my after-8-5-life (you know house chores, night classes, weekend families, my future business and all).

The most important thing, PB is life time warranty. I mean talk about something that can be worn for the rest of your life? Macam a life time investment la,kan? =)

Siapa kata corset tak penting? Hello, for the Malays, what do women wear after giving birth? Bukan bengkung ke? Well, PB is functioning like bengkung. Comes in three pieces, long bra, waist nippers (bengkung) and girdle, it basically support women’s important organ, the uterus (read :rahim). If you to encounter any traditional mak bidan, and you told them that you didn’t adhere to bengkung after giving birth, they will make faces and `membebel’ to you like it is their business. PB is just the more practical version of bengkung. I yang belum mengandung ni pun, tukang urut I kat Kelantan bising-bising suruh pakai, apa lagi women yang dah pernah deliver right? And yes, to you all yang plan to deliver also, PB benefits you in many ways.

The best thing about PB that I love the most is the fact that I feel full easily. I can’t force myself to eat so much since PB gives you the best support to your abdominal (read: intestine); thus, I makan nasi 1 serving pun dah tak boleh habis. But as nutritionist, of course I do not encourage a sudden reduction on calorie intake. Thus, by wearing PB, I have learnt to take more fruits such as apples and guava and snacking on high fibre biscuits to avoid unnecessary calorie reduction. Plus, this habit ensure a better regulation of insulin in our body (i.e. avoid diabetes type II).

Seriously, I would encourage every woman to wear PB. Not only because it will help in weight reduction, but it also gives you all benefits that I have mentioned above. Again, this is a life time investment. Thus, you beli sekali, seumur hidup boleh pakai (unless by wearing PB, you have a reduction of BIG kilograms, sampai you kena change size), you can wear it selagi you want to wear it. So, for those who are pregnant, get a set for after birth, yang dah deliver, buy one to keep your body slim and get your real body shape back, for those yang plan to get pregnant, get one to give a good support to your uterus etc,etc,etc. Banyak sgt nak tulis. Just imagine if you try any supplementations, setiap bulan nak kena beli. Then, with the supplement, you feel tak perlu untuk go for good nutrition, sbb you think supplement will do all the `cleaning’ work. Kan tak bagus? And if you choose, slimming centre, you ingat with one time visit, boleh terus kurus? Hem, re-think about it, girlfriends! With PB, it enhances your good eating habit, you feel good and sexy; since PB gives you the `wrap’ onto your body, and it feels awesome! =) No wonder it has been a product of 18 years in Malaysia!

Auction props + Looking goooodddd =)

Fuh! It's all dusty in here, yup! teruk betul owner, once a month baru ada post, then summarize everything in one entry, dahla all wordy,hahahh! Sorry la, darls, my life is like running water after rain (apa punye perumpamaan ni??). If only everything can be done at one time. I always wonder, how other vloggers and bloggers had time to put up a fine pace entry (while I throw everything unaccordingly at once)... Owh, still, selamat hari raya!! still have few days to the end,kan? That reminds me I have yet 3 hari for Puasa Enam, so, chaiyok!

Ok, enough of introduction,let's jump into the sea , I mean content. So, yes, base on the title of the entry, I have participate in my first ever bidding for auction property. Yes, finally! I wasnt sure abt this sort of property (since I have always eyeing for under construction prop), but through reading and discussion with some collegues whom are so used with auction prop, hubby and I decided to give it a try.

Our aim was to go for prop under RM 50k. Ada ka rumah murah lagu tu??!! Of course la, there are. That is why ppl go for auction prop, basically this is where you can get a prop of 20-30% cheaper than the market price. My intention was just to have our first property for investment, and to learn and understand the whole purchasing procedure, so start small (lagipun my capital bknla byk sgt ;p).

So, off we to Puncak Alam, tempat jin bertendang. Nah, the area takla teruk sgt. Mind you, the McDonald is already there, it is basically 30-40 min from NKVE-Shah Alam exit. LATAR highway has basically operated. Puncak Alam has been abandoned for the past 10 years, if I am not misttaken. But now that UiTM Puncak Alam has partially operated and Shah Alam 2 is on its way of construction, so Puncak Alam has become the next place to be invested in.

We did all the investigation, inspect the unit, check the unpaid maintenance fee and cukai pintu, prepared the bank draft. Bersemangatla kononnya,hahahah! On the day, 4 bidders were there, and deal closed at RM 58K. Market price is around RM 70-80K. So, we pull off. Nvm, there are plenty of auction property, so, do not bid blindly.

As the conclusion, it was a fun experience, period. Since we were `entertained' by an agent whom was staying in Puncak Alam and had two units @ the same apartment, so it was very easy.I am eyeing for Damansara Permai, I heard it is a good place to invest. Let's investigate the area!

Okla, enough on property. Jom cerita abt sumthin else. I know many ppl look at me as a very thin,petite person. I am very small in size (plz dont read between the lines), yet I always face wardrobe malfuction. WTH?? It is when you feel your daily attire dont fit you the way you want it to fit (or at least, that's what I think). It is all started when I have gained weight , yess ppl, I gained nearly 8 kg for the pass 4 years. Since I have a small frame, the fat distribution was very uneven and `cocentrated'. I started looking at myself as a `fat' person, because I dont feel comfortable in my own attire, even in baju kurung.

So, what do you guys do in times like this? Diet? Go for motivatonal pep talk on dont worry abt how do you look, but what's important is who you are?Enrol for gym classes?I believe that everyone had their own way managing weight, and I would like to hear from you. Laugh all you want, but slimming and dietiting are a worth of millions, industry. Slimming products are all in the market, some works, some are absurd. Yet, every woman wants to look beautiful.

I have choosen a way too. Well, let's just say that I have just started using and doing it. Not only that I want a product that helps me managing weights, but also to give a good support and posture (I dont want to become all hunch later in life). The most important thing, I fit into my baju kurung moden,yay!! (baju kurung moden has been in the least-attire-to-wear list, recently), hence I become more confident about myself =)
